    the kitchen and living-room windows are so bad with drafts, that there is plenty of aeration; almost like the window's open!

    I can't say how relieved I am.. just as an afterthought, we plan on definately getting renters' insurance..

    It wasn't on.. I did turn it off before we left. All that worrying for nothing! :/
