    Are you confused about what UVA and UVB do in a reptile's environment? UVA is visible to lizards and turtles/tortoises and is needed in order for them to perceive their environment. UVB helps lizards and turtles synthesize Vitamin D3, just as we synthesize it when we are exposed to UV light (from the sun). D3 is needed to help with the absoption of calcium and so forth.

    What`s your bike? Mine is Merida matts TFS 500D - Hardtail XC but I hardly go on trails just ride around my area mostly, how about you?

    I ride mostly Mongoose editions and I ride trails pretty often. 2 mile trails are warm-ups and are then followed by 5 mile trails. These are all pre-mapped in certain county parks that I go to. The best part is traveling through swampy parts of the trail :D .

    Wow.. 2mile trails just for warm up and I still struggle over climbs man.
