Believe it or not, Im not paid to say this :) He is just that good. Some more info is needed here for sure.

I really am not going to go into it. He seemed like a really nice guy. He even sent out a replacement order next day air but it was wasnt right. Then I got short and he got short so thats where I would like to leave it. I was just asking if there was any other suppliers out there.

    Again!

Well, it has been a while since there has been an unhappy customer (at least a month).

So much for Matt changing his ways and letting people know he doesn't have something or for trying to make the customer happy when he makes mistakes.

Sad. I have had good experiences with Matt but then again, it was before the recent wave of unhappy people.

You should post this on the BOI.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and have had excellent service. I believe they're in Oregon, so shipping time to us Westcoasteners is probably a little quicker.

I've been waiting 2-3 weeks now with no answers as to if my order went out. I sent him an email saying either you let me know if I was billed and if the order went out by Monday the 29th OR consider my order canceled and I'll take my money elsewhere.
Either way, I won't be using Matt again

I ordered from Matt 2 MG a few feet of Flex Watt, some connetors, and a few misc. things. First off, it was not shipped when he "said" it was. It got to me late, about 1.5 weeks late. And then when i finally got it....One, I had to give the mail man 10 bucks cause Matt shorted me on the shipping, and it turned out to be the wrong Flew Watt.

Ugh....Never again will I order from MG Reptiles.

Ive also used ReptileSupply, they were great. Big Apple is great, but prices arent the best. Bean Farm is also great.

I've had a horrible time with MG reptiles in the past too. Too many excuses, too much lack of customer service, down right horrible. Rich at reptile basics is great, had a few orders with him and got my shipment 2-3 days after placing my order.
