Yeah, all snakes do, at least thats what they are supposed to do. Bad sheds are a pain in the butt, especially in winter because the air is so dry. My heat lights also suck the humidity out of the air like nothing >_<

Derek- I also find some mineral oil rubbed on with a Q-Tip helps too.

If your humidity and temps are in the correct ranges they will shed in one peice.
One of my bps shed the other night and it came off in one long peice, I checked her over for any stuck peices and found none, I unrolled the skin to find it all. I was so proud of her. :D
I did also keep her humidity up to around 80% and didn't let it get below 70%. I did this as soon as I saw she was going into shed. When shes not in shed I keep it around 60 to 70%.

While good husbandry and proper humidity will encourage a one piece, sock shed it's not guaranteed. Some snakes are just poor shedders and it comes off in pieces every time or just once in awhile. I figure as long as it's all off, with no assistance needed from me, than it's a good shed. :) I note them in the snakes records as "complete" sheds, rather than "good" or "bad".
