Sounds like you need a Jack Russell for hire!

...just kidding, if its a pet no guarantee for its safety with my method.

well it's not really a pet, not a feeder (anymore)...it's a leftover. kinda cute, but i'm not attached. mostly, i want it out of the dang dryer!

I kinda have the same problem, I have a rat that got out about a week ago and I can not catch the thing. I shut the cats in the room and they come out empty pawed.:(

I can't even get the thing to go into a trap. I have too much food out in my breeder racks for it to bother with a trap. It might come down to a sticky trap at this point.:banned1:

oooh, don't use a sticky trap. those things are terribly inhumane. i worked in an office once that had a problem with mice. we came in one morning to find that maintenance had placed sticky traps all around the office and many of them had caught mice--all of which were still alive, struggling terribly. we had to take them outside and put them out of their misery. :(

If shes not a pet-pet type of mouse, mouse traps work awesome!!! If you want to keep her, I would get one of those live traps.

I'd go with a live trap if possible...bait it with peanut butter....mice usually love the stuff. Set it up right near the area she got into the dryer and hopefully Miss Missing Mouse will be in it by morning. Lock the cats out of the laundry room though, she'll likely never come out of hiding if she senses them prowling nearby.

Well it is official, I have a mouse in my house too. A few months ago, I noticed something small running really fast away from my rat cage in the garage and never paid attention to it. Well a few weeks ago my brother said he saw it run through the kitchen and I paid no attention to him until a few nights ago my mom moved some papers and found a bunch of mouse you know what on the ground. Today I heard something moving in some papers so I went to see if I can find it and I guess it ran away because I saw nothing but moved all the papers. So out the mouse traps go, 6 of them to be precise and nothing tonight when I get off work. Just now I went to go check them and see if he got some peanut butter without setting it off and as one went off on my finger I turned around to see him run along the cabinets on the ground in the kitchen. There is a small opening in the base boards under the cabinets in one corner so I have 3 traps set right there so that little rodent can't get out without being caught.
