Re: "raisin' up" blues
I have a few as well as the gorgeous reduced I got from Cue that I can hardly wait to have up to breeding weight. Late this year though, possibly 2008 for some of them.

Re: "raisin' up" blues
Last year I purchased what was supposed to be a good size female pastel should have been ready this year but turned out to be a male. So i picked up three pastel females this year, two should be ready by next year but no female pastel this year(wanted to make supers). I do have three other females that are ready and mating this year, two het albinos(paired up with albino male) and a CH reduced girl. The reduced has been mating with a pastel so I hope to produce reduced pastels. When it comes to BP's patience, patience, patience.

Re: "raisin' up" blues
I'm DYING for my het albino female to be ready. Her boyfriend, HAM (het albino male) has already cheated on her and has a clutch last year. Shes about 700g now, so next year will hopefully be the ticket!
I'm also awaiting on my spider, yellowbelly pastel, and a little special "something" :) At least I have my pastel to tide me over this year.
So I feel your pain!!!

Re: "raisin' up" blues
I've got a 600+ gram reduced normal female I'm waiting on... she's putting on weight pretty fast so I'm thinking next year she should be good...:D
100% Het pied male that should be good for next year 160+ grams and eating strong!...:)
My pastel Female...which hopefully should be good to go next year!
And of course my Male pastel I'm currently breeding should be doubled in size by the way he's growing! :D
Other than that...I'm sure I'll run into a couple snakes that I'll have to buy that may or may not be ready to breed next year.Your definitely not Alone but I have to say that It's fun watching them grow. Everyone is Eating without failure so their growth is rather constant over here. :)

Re: "raisin' up" blues
Oh yeah ... Spirit (Pied Female) is at the top of the list!!!
I wish Blaze (Pastel) would get in in gear this year, but he just is not interested.
We have a nice high yellow normal female that should be to size next year, and a couple het Albino girls also ..... I think Adam is right, the anticipation is what makes it worth it!!!

Re: "raisin' up" blues
waiting for the pied is torture. lol. I know it will be a few years, so i try to drop the matter, in 2 years i'll start worrying about it again. My het. will probably be ready by then, but with no mate, there is really no use in worrying about that either.
