Suri's are late breeders. They usually don't tend to drop their litters until late fall. This is why they are usually only available from most breeders every other year. They can't be bred back to back because their isn't enough time for them to recoop. I don't know how you started them, but if you cooled them this is why they are just now locking up. They need to be cooled for a few months to initiate breeding. I really can't wait to breed my suri next season!
