I have a small cooler(think big enough for a 6-pack or two) and towels. A heat pack or a hot water bottle goes into the bottom, layer of towels, snake in pillowcase, then towel, then lid.
Keeps them not only toasty, but snug and happy. And since it has a handy-dandy handle, it's easy to transport.
