I'm second guessing myself a lot here now, wondering if I was imagining things or what... After she shed she's been real active again, and naps in her nest box but hasn't laid anything but a nice poop. Could I be imagining the plumpness? Last time, when the vet said he felt follicles, I couldn't tell the difference between then and when she's just normally herself. She's so... well, leathery isn't the right word, but her scales are MUCH more firm than the bp or corn's, so when I try to feel anything... I just don't know.

It's especially stressful as Karen's got this work trip she needs to go on (all expenses paid, or neither of us would be going!), which would be fun (we never go anywhere together) and if I can go or not really comes down to if/when Ma-tsu lays, what's up with the eggs, and of course how Daphne's doing... The trip is in April, which would be plenty of time to work this out, but they want to know who's going with her ASAP. Pressure's on. Karen REALLY wants me to go, it's only like 3 or 4 days, but argh first clutch!

    :(

Urgh. I wish I could just ask. "So, Ma-tsu, you preggers or what?"
