Well I never exactly counted the white scales themselves but I believe theirs like 3 or 4 maybe even 5 markings on it where it's a solid snow white area of scales and then theres a black outline around the scales...its just f'ing with me not knowing what it is about...I think I'm going to try to buy it off of him and breed it...I guess that's one way to findout something about it...
Who knows maybe it'll prove out and i'll have a new morph lol

Sounds like scars to me, esp. since there's black pigmentation around the white scales. Scarring doesn't always result in disfigurement of the affected scales.

Wouldn't there be some kind of damage to the scales themselves? Maybe some scratches or something...some kind of marks? I'm just wondering...The animal itself has no visual scars... (not saying that the markings aren't a scar but...)
I'm just really curious about it...the animal itself looks flawless.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not disagreeing with you or saying that it couldn't be scars I'm just trying to keep an open mind about it...

I've just never seen anything like it before...

Not quite, it's more mid body (where the markings are) and it's straight SNOW white in color... and it's multiple scales...each marking is atleast the size of a quarter and up...

Just saying in my experience, what you're seeing is most likely scars, especially since the white spots are bordered by black scales...this is very typical of shallow scarring on snake scales.
