    The differences between a yellow belly and a normal can sometimes be very subtle, especially for those not familiar with them. What you have is most likely a normal. :)

    yeah my ball has a "yellow belly" but i bought him for $30 as a manager's special.this one looks more like an "orange belly" and mine has distinct yellow blotches on his belly.but i just refer to him as a "normal".

    Most yellow bellies have little or no yellow and are mostly clear(white)on the belly, flames on the sides are a good indicator. they have a look thats unmistakable once you have seen a few. you still have to go with a proven genetic bloodline if its Ivories you want to produce. :)

    I know, I have definately seen pics of yellow bellies with no yellow on the belly and normals with yellow-colored bellies. I really like the yellow bellies with the jumbled looking pattern down the outside edges of the belly. :)
