So..........Effective Jan 1st, I officially move into this new position. As an added incentive and a good faith gesture, the new payscale is going to be retroactive to take effect as of Dec 1st while I make the transition. Awesome! Extra money for home bills and Christmas.

Thanks everyone.
This position should work out well. They are currently looking for a controller, just recruited a new VP for the Americas, and the Acct Mgr is going on pregnancy leave. I am coming into this position to add some stability since they are building the organization up and hopefully advance rapidly since I will be the only one to have the experience with the Hyperion financial system, JD Edwards, and the only one who has done the year end statutory reporting and prepared tax packs in the department.
