poop happens...

I will never work with DHL again!!! My husband had a shipment of 8 inch subwoofers other car audio equpt and one snake (total worth of $10,000.00) coming to him and 3 days ago DHL found the shipping van empty on the side of the road and the driver nowhere to be found. We got the call that day and was told that they would refund the money. yesterday we got a call stating that the driver was found and aressted. But there was no sign of our packages. They then told us that they only wanted to refund half of the amount. We are sueing next week.

Whoa thats just wrong! Jess contact the company that you bought the stuff from and have them get involved if nothing else they are responsible for a refund to you.The stuff never reached you so its between them and DHL.Once again another reason to not deal with the DHL morons!

Every time I have ever recieved anything from DHL, it was damaged, tossed around, lost... always something. That some folks ship live animals through them scares the hell out of me. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in buisness. I'll go out of my way to avoid having anything shipped through them, and I won't buy from people who insist on them. It's just not worth it.
