I am almost positive the driver saw that the box had a live snake in it and that is why they would not deliver it. So much for marking the box with the contents.:rolleyes: It would not have gotten all that way across the country with numerous people seeing and scanning the box if there was a problem with my account.

DHL has a waiver just like Fed Ex for reptiles. I used DHL for a few years before switching to Fed Ex. DHL was cheaper but I had a few packages get delivered a day late and they never made the morning delivery. Always ended up being noon or later so I switched.
