I seriously doubt he'll survive in jail. Wouldn't shock me if he is killed.

True but my take is that people don't fear jail like they sould.
A midevil French expert in torture once said that "jails are for the weak even given their depravity and moral decay. Give me the true criminals for there are far worse fates than death, You'd be suprised what you can live through and still feel pain."
This is not a threat toward the band member. justice will be seen and the system will work. Its just a statement of how far we have come as to how we handle crime as humans.

I think the fact the Nazi's will take care of him 'cause he's latino and a child molester. I think you have to have be in jail to actually know how bad it is. I've never been but I know a few who have and they say it's just not humaine with the treatment from guards and being targeted by certain groups.
