Is the guy who shipped them FedEx certified? I think the guy should send him the refund and your friend should get to keep the snakes. It is only fair. Since you cant ship them out.

if he didnt tell your friend they were smaller BEFORE they were shipped AND he sold your friends snakes AFTER your friend had paid for them then i think his name should definitely be mentioned. no matter how much he apologizes. hes probably just sorry he got caught and called out.
if i were your friend i would probably even start a thread on the BOI about this guy. he sounds like a real shady person.

No he is not certified. He asked him if he was and he said no that hes not and he also told my friend that you dont have to be certified because anyone can ship anything without any type of certifacation. So he can't ship it out on the sellers account?

I will ask him if he wants me to say his name. I will also tell my friend the info i found out about that he for sure cant ship it on the sellers account. I will tell him to see if the guy will just refund his money and let him keep the snakes and once I find out I will let everyone know.

He jsut broke the law. You dont ask someone who robbed a bank if they can tell the police there names, do you?
