See, there's cleaning and then there's disinfecting. You clean first with a detergent such as a soap, to get any residue and dirt off, and then you disinfect with chlorhexidine solution or bleach to kill anything that the soap didn't get.
You can't disinfect dirt... There's no such thing as clean poop.
