I was told to try for a minimum of 5 locks. I also heard that ou can breed a female that is over 20 years old.
    Good luck! Good catch!

    www.ballpythons.ca

They have great info on breeding there as well as a pic by pic of everything. If I am not mistaken, doesn't Adam from 8ball have breeding info on his site?

I actualy have both in the breeding part of my "Big Book of Ball Pythons" (this book is for me and me only) and I went over both but I will read them again.

Both are a great read. The gal just called me and said that she could be a poss het for albino as well but not to count on it. Still I cant wait to bring her home tomorrow.

the next few weeks will be hard lol. she is just so hugable!

Jessie, last year(05) was my first time breeding and i had just one normal to one normal female.I used the introduce the male to the female for three days then seperate for three days and offer them each food.I continued this until they showed no interest in each other.I am doing this same technique now only using two females.Basicly no matter how many females used to breed i stick to the same schedual.I hope this explains everything:)

Please correct me if I'm wrong. But my understanding is that a proven female has in the past been bred and produced viable eggs. Or was that just her way of saying yes it is definately a female?

ha ha ha. I understand what was said. LOL. I could try that and see what happens. Thanks Jo

Blu I wouldnt know. for her price if she in fact turned out to be male I wouldnt be riped off. it would end up being just another one of the large males I already have that I was told to be female. She comes with paperwork stating that she is female and she is at the vet's office getting checked out, and i will have to see what the vet says on her sex.

The only truth I can get out of this is when I place her with a male and I see a lock... I doubt 2 males will lock LOL or 2 females for that matter LMAO!!

I just read something about two males locking up. I think it has to do with domination..
