sounds like a pastel x normal, great freikin odds man, you got a good one, hopefully your next/future clutches from them will continue with those odds.

Since pastel is dom trait having two pastel parents wouldn't nessicaraly make a difference. What you're wondering is more of if it is a super pastel or a normal pastel. The super pastels i have seen were noticeably different from a normal pastel so that should be obvious if it was the case. But, if it was a super pastel then ALL the babies would be pastel, so it is more or less impossible for the parent to have been a super simply based on the fact that there was a normal baby. The only case i can think of that would be an exception to that would be if the mother had stored some sperm and ONE of the eggs was fertilized with sperm from a previous mating. I don't know, but I would say that is highly unlikely
