    I was also thinking of drilling a hole into each shelf, above the rim of each tub; then sliding a nail into each one to act as a "pin." Mark suggested getting some clamps at the hardware store tomorrow; think we'll do that. I have binder clips but they're way too small!

    I guess :P I couldn't really tell if those where like lock/latches or just a swing down stopper which is what I was describing...sorry!

    Short term, I think they are fine. Sometime I would put the latch( aka turn-knob etc) in place, just to be certain. ;)
