    well that's not a real good idea. when you take everything out you can make your snake feel really vulnerable... i take out the plants and wood... but i always leave the hides in place.

    As I said earlier, I messaged the guy who posted the videos. Apparently, an expert has told him about feeding things to a snake that are twice the size than the thickest part of the snake.

    Wonderfully, though, he's welcoming any advice and seems willing to do what is in the best interest for his snakes.

    Nice/understanding people are the best.
