People that don't brow beat and be-little other users will have no worries here. Its just people that like to stir up trouble and press an issue that might be effected.
This I think will also keep people from stepping out and starting flame war over petty junk. This will also let the mods and admin's have a stair step of offence levels. Good job on this.
