How long without water?

That's a relief. My best guess is that she climbed into one of the couches. (I'm just about to take the fabric off the bottom of it to check) Other than that, its open space till the kitchen. I looked under the big appliances with a flash light since I'm afraid of rolling it out if she's in there near a wheel. I live in Canada, and its beginning to get pretty cold around here. I hope she doesn't end up with a RI. Maybe the heating will attract her.

oh trust me... she'll find a warm spot... i wouldn't worry about her surviving... i'd worry about finding her ;)

You said her viv was near the fireplace is there any she can get up into the chimney? , have you got any plastic tubing ? as if there out they tend to stay in close to the walls. I heard some people place tubing along the floor against walls with one end blocked off and place a heat pad on that end to catch escapees , if you have any do that and place a mouse in the tube it might just work :)
