This is the reason you need to be buddies with your herp vet. A quick phone chat with the vet will give you the proper information you need so you know what to watch for and your vet is aware their might be a problem brewing with the snake. No one online can or should replace the relationship you have with a trusted, knowledgeable vet when it comes to health issues.
