Not "sick" per se but stupid allergies are killing me. I went home at noon yesterday and passed out on the couch. My allergy script isn't doing jack for me. Got something new (allegra) and so far at work this morning the headache isn't near as bad but the other crappy head issues are still present. Not fun! hope you feel better!

Maybe talk to your dr. about a product called Rhinocort.... it is an allergy med, thats a nasal inhalant (yucky- got to squirt stuff up your nose), it works well with allegra....

thanks for the tip, I couldn't get in to see my doc yesterday and was off today and tomorrow (lucky him). He did send a new script to the pharmacy for me though, I think its the generic version of allegra. My insane headache and pressure went down immensly but my sinus congestion is still as bad and my nose...well yuck anyway. A cold is going around one of the schools I support so I usually pick up some of that combined with my allergies. I'm glad tomorrow is Friday although I have alot to do.

If your have really bad sinus headaches, try heat packs on the head. I can't take a lot of medicines, so I've got to try alternatives. Also, try those VICKS vapor plugins while you sleep. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Yes definitely fix the temperatures and make sure the humidity is at the proper level heehee. You guys crack me up. :D Seriously, I hope everybody gets to feeling better. I've been doing ok, except I've been having a nonstop headache for quite a while now....I guess it's allergies.

It may work out better for you if you switch allergy medications as well....

Mine is a caging issue at work; we are all kept in neat rows of desks with no real partitions.. perfect germ heaven! No seperate caging, and a lot of stress!

I'm telling you! Airborne is the Bomb! It was created by a teacher who kept getting sick from her students. Get some - you'll thank me later! :D

That's a tuff one Gin, but sounds quite droning. Although I've been in a few instances where I've worked in cubicle cities and I'm not sure that's healthy either. Although you have some privacy and germ protection.

I touch who knows how many keyboards and mice throughout my day along with all the other things I do but I'm generally pretty anal about washing my hands before getting back to my own office. I guess there is a cold going around this building which many people are assuming I have. Probably allergies and a cold...and last night my wife had a bad night :( and she is supposed to be heading down to Ohio Saturday for an alumni weekend at her college.

If all else fails I'll sit in front my computer at home all weekend or the tv with animal planet on :P
