The market is so flooded right now. We are asking 15,000 less than we have in it. Not counting labor. New berber carpet, furnace, central air , water heater,bathroom, library,and 6ft. privacy fence all new in last 2 yrs.
We have another house we really want that will be perfect for us and the pets, The sellers won't wait forever!! Large house and double lot for critters.
Pretty good for being in town. CAN'T WAIT!!! :D :D
