Ok awesome! Thanks! Next question: I want to purchase a sling that is not going to hurt me and that does not throw any hairs out of it's body (mexican red knee) or do anything crazy like that. I have a fears of spiders and I want to overcome it by purchasing one. Any suggestions?

There are a few that might do well for you but the two I might be biased to reccomend because they are pretty laid back:

    Rosehair
    Chaco Golden knee

They are pretty trundly tarantulas and not prone to bolt off like greased lightning (just don't blow on them!) and also generally not prone to kicking hairs. Wife has a rosehair at her office and 2 of our boys have their own as well. If it's any testament to their being a good first spider my wife used to be terrified and revolted at the prospect of having big hairy spiders in the house. Since that time she asked for the rosehair and a setup to be her mothers day present hehehe.

I mean if you want something that will

"help you overcome your fear of spiders"
    "not hurt me"
    "not do anything crazy"

haplopelma is probably not the species to fill those requirements.

chilean rose hair - grammastola rosea
chaco golden knee - grammastola aureostriata
    brazilian black - grammastola pulchra

would be far calmer, slower and less nasty

Ok cool thanks man. I will probably ask the local pet store to find me a chilean rose hair. How big do they get?

    4-5"

They are among the most readily available T so should not be too hard to find (unlike the g.pulchura which I am still trying to get my hands on) and pretty inexpensive. They are terrestrial, easy to care for in terms of humidity requirements, not prone to becoming a "pet hole" by burrowing and never coming out, pretty docile T's.
