    Never bought anything, but when I setup another rack up I'll think about reptilebasics. I really wanted to compliment him on the awesome male amarali boa he had for sale. Wish I would of seen it earlier.

    I agree ... great place to get heating supplies ...

    I had run into a small problem with an order ... it was around christmas time and of course I waited til the last minute to order ... order was delyaed a bit but Rich was patient with my exasperation. Even offered me a bit off my next order although the problem was the shipping company.

    Since I'm in the customer service "biz" I expect great customer service ... and anyone that can keep me happy deserves a good word.

    Just want to add to the good things about Rich. Besides us sharing the same wonderful name he was able to ship me my product the next day! He was even kind enough to provide tracking information, with FED EX, that actually works! If you know anything about my past experiences you'll know why I'm so happy over these simple things.     I just want to add my own A+ for Reptile Basics. We get all our heating supplies from him and have never had a single problem. Love the way he gets things sent quickly, too.

    I had an urgent need for some heat tape/thermostats, after getting delays from several other sites, I called rich up and told him I needed this stuff asap, and he e-mailed me a tracking number within an hour or so, amazing service.

    Just wanted to follow up and say my order got here on time, packaged all snug and delivered straight to my door by 10am. A+ vendor, def do business again.

    I've got one of Rich's racks, built to withstand hurricanes, and holds temps to a T. Plus he has great customer service, and ships fast! Definitely would recommend his business to others.
