I'm new to bp's so don't shoot me for asking this. I put moss in with my lizards to help keep humidity up. Can you use that or will you run the risk of them eating it?

LoL, I passed math class ;) . But when it comes to drilling 5/8 then using a lighter to smooth out each hole then tend to grow a little bit. I went to bed las night to find Kole (the escape artist) sitting in front of tub... looking at me going haha! :D

I ended up putting him back into his tank for the night until I can purchase another tub and drill 1/2" because there head won't fit into it. If this attempt doesn't work a soldering wand will be my last resort.

EDIT: @qpmomma: Sphagnum Moss I believe is safe for all herps. No risk of them eating it.

    Thanks Again,

What's faster and safer for your tub? The solder wand or the way Kilo does it?

I drill my holes into my tubs, it is much faster..but instead of using a lighter to make the holes cleaner, try using a de-burring tool! Cleans them up, without making them bigger as long as you are not using the de-burring tool too much.
