    sheesh and I was going to say how great he looked in the last few pictures.

    Well you know what, atleast he passed with you..someone who cared for him and loved him. And didnt die at the pet store..or worst get "thrown out" being un-cared for and un-loved.

    Good for you for helping him.

    You don't want to know what I'd like to call the "people" who let that poor frog get like that.. or what I'd do to them.. looks like a severe case of dehydration, probably coupled with metabolic bone disease.. see, in the wild, when a dry season starts, these frogs form a thick, clear layer of skin that traps in moisture and helps them survive; but it can only last so long, I guess.. shame again on those idiots for letting that happen.
    I keep my horned frog in coconut fiber, and it is always moist; poor little frog. At least you helped him.. I hope karma rewards/punishes those it should. :(

    awww, i'm sorry :( like others have said, at least he lived his last few days in happiness with you instead of dying in a trash can. He really did look great in those last couple of pics

    sorry to hear about that musta been really upsetting looks like you cared about him enough that he died happy. though it is still ashame that it had to happen
