Oh no! :P Forgive me for not being a little more clear.
Yes, they live happily together inthe tank, but when it comes time to feed,
Merlin comes out and goes on top of my Bowflex (where he proudly surveys his kingdom!) while Loki gets a rat.
Once Loki's done and calmed down a bit, I put him on a blanket on the couch, and Merlin gets his rat. Then, after Merlin has decided it's time to hide and digest, Loki goes back in the tank.......usually goes to where Merlin is and lays on him.
I got to see what happened when two snakes were fed in the same tank, and I would never put my boys in danger like that.:)

They don't snuggle, there is no such thing. They are competing for heat, or just for that spot.
