    Will He gave me the ball python 3'+ in a 20G Long tank(Alittle small) and a 100W heat light( The ceramic type). I have a vision enclosure on the way.

    Actually the 20 long is large enough for a ball python for sometime.Ball pythons do not like open spaces as they are easily stressed out.They live in burrows in the wild so they feel safe.If you can get a Under Tank Heater i recommend Exo-terra along with a light dimmer switch or a thermostat (example www.reptilesupply.com.) look in heat controlers.I use the first one i think its like $25.99 or close,you set it like you would your furnace thermostat.You can use the light you have i am not to thrilled with them as i found they keep the air to dry,inturn you loose your humidity.
