    Have you fed her recently? Sometimes a snake that eats a little bit larger of a meal than they should will soak ... the idea is that if they can "float" their bodies in water it will relieve the pressure the little bit larger than normal food item is causing internally on their body.

    I think you got it he ate a rat that was a little bigger than usual for him.For some reason he likes smaller prey in comparison to the others. What do you think of the infrequent sheding?

    Not overly unusual ... every snake is different ... unfortunately, they're not like DVD players where everything works just like the manual describes. ;)
