Lets put it in a nice way for here.When i know i am right i do not waste my breath with the little people,i go for the bigshots:twisted: :twisted: .Another thing and this is for everyone watch your shipping invoices,as i have had to get several refunds because they try to pull a fast one.I only charge what i have to pay fedex for shipping costs.So far i have had fedex try and charge me a much higher price and there excuse is my box was DIM figured.I have had to explain to them my boxes are 12x9x6 or 7x7x6 not 13x10x7 or 10x10x7.Of course they adjust my account but it is getting real stupid:mad: .

I've called twice and nothing!!! And she said it would be 24hrs its been five days , Guess I'll just call again.

Does anyone ship via UPS?

If they get any clue that you've got a critter in the box, they'll refuse it...at least that's what happened at one of the UPS stores that the seller tried to use when I got one of my babies. The box was refused, but they didn't say that when he dropped it off. He didn't find out until after business hours, so my baby ended up sitting in the store overnight. He had to go back to the UPS Store and get the snake the next morning.

If not FedEx, check w/Delta Freight and get Delta Dash verified. :)

UPS only ships lizards, turtles, and stuff...no snakes at all. Although, this is what SalmonBoa uses...so... go figure, right?

Maybe it's like Mickey D's????? There's the CORPORATE rules that they're "supposed" to follow, but the owner/franchisee choses differently???? < they're in violation and could lose their franchise, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen that way. >

Well, I don't care what the excuse. It's jus flippin' ridiculous!!! They're losing business, cause every package shipped will be overnight. I don't know why they would want to turn down business!!! :(
