Looking for advice on Collection Agencies...

Thanks Jen. It's a house, and yes, these people still live there. One way or another, within the next 30-60 days, they will be evicted and our propery manager fired. :irkd:


Maybe we should sue them in People's Court or something. :rolleyes: Still small claims, but at least if you do it on TV, you're guaranteed to get your money, even if the people you sue don't have it. :fishslap: :groinkick

Whoa Judy, that's heavy stuff!! It seems as though they lived there for the last year or so for FREE!!!! I would sue the property manager too, cause it was his responsibilty to see that things were getting paid. It is partially his fault for your loss of money. Also, that is a sustanital amount of money. I would not settle for getting anything less than 80%, mostly do whatever it takes to get the full amount back. Good luck with it too. If it makes it to people's court, I wanna watch!
