    I bought the vid a few years back and it is a good way for beginners to see what pro's are doing. It comes with a quick guide booklet to do any fast referencing, also two laminated charts, that break down the female reproductive cycle by month/day durations, as well as a chart of temperature (high and low) and percipitation in Togo, Africa. I think it helps out a beginner, though it does discuss some equipment that most beginners don't have access to (like an ultrasound). Just my opinion.
