Sarah my granny (god rest her soul) used to say "where there's life, there's hope" and I think in little Trey's case you've definitely followed that old saying and are seeing some small steps forward from what you've told me. Every day that little snake keeps deciding to survive and you work so hard to get nutrition into her is another day closer to when she'll eat on her own. I know the whole BPNet family is cheering you and her on and waiting for the wonderful post that Trey finally ate independently! (hey Trey can be a girlie snakes name too right...it's not like they care what we call em LOL)

Oh and btw....I did it again and forgot to sign out of Mike's BPNet nic...geesh! It's Joanna of course not Mike (Mike would rather die than use the term "girlie snake" LMAO)...sorry about that folks! Off to log out of Mike and back into my own sign-in!

Thank you, Cassandra, and you are so right about that!

Joanna, it sounds like your granny and mine would have gotten along just great.
Well, she's my daughter's snake, so I don't have any control over the name. Everyone around me just seems to have more faith in my probing skills than I do, lol. I know I don't need to tell you how much I want this little snake to make it, you've definitely listened to me whine more than anyone, hehe.

Jamie, thank you! That means more than I can say, coming from you! I hope things are slowing down for you, your posts are sorely missed around here.

Hey there is nothing "whiney" about someone deeply concerned with the welfare of any living creature. Glad I was there for you to bounce some ideas off and just talk about the situation.

Oh heck there's tons here with years more crestie experience than me. I'm still at the "omg is it still alive! I didn't manage to kill this delicate little lizard did I!" stage every morning LOL. Seeing lick marks in the CGD and little lizard poop is a major excitement for me these days.

LOL, that is too hilarious! Well, by the time I get one, you will be plenty experienced, I'm sure.
