I worry about them digesting stuff too - my snakes except my hoggy are on newspaper and towels - my hoggy likes to burrow in his aspen so when I do feed her I put down a largeish piece of paper where I want to feed just to make sure ;) - no need to take snakey out and back in again then either.

I didn't think you were being funny, nor did you offend me... I feed my corn in a sep. container anyway. It's not a hassle to be safe... for me, anyway.
