princess louifee (my pac man) lovvvvvvvvvvves silkworms!!!! she'd eat them till i ran out... she also loved crickets. i always put a couple dozen crickets in her tank and left some cricket food in the corner in case she didn't eat them all.

Let me give you a little advice; there were a few times where we had to assist-feed. I don't like doing it, but it isn't forcefeeding; it merely seems to wake them up from their usual catatonic state. What I did was, took a rat pinkie or fuzzy (harmless sized ones) and gently pried the frog's mouth opened, sliding the rat head in.. 9 times out of 10 Benny would clamp right down and take the meal. We only had to do this a few times, it was mainly in the transitional stage between crickets and rats; the crix were too small for Benny to pay any attention to them once she reached a certain size.
It helps to have 2 people do it; one to Gently pry the mouth open with one finger, the other to sneak the rat in. I never pushed it in, just let the frog take it and it works well. I would not use it on a frog that's sickly or emaciated; better to go to a vet since it probably isnt digesting right.
