I built my first website for the Marine Corps in 1992 (the original www.usmc.mil site actually) and in the last 14 years I've gotten to know many people via "the net" ... and I think every single one that has met me in person has told me that I am 100% not what they expected.

The internet is great ... but it is a poor substitue for good ole fashioned getting to know someone in real life. ;)

Those are lovely, Jen! I especially like the one in the upper righthand corner. Nice rich dark colors!

My hobbies are art and writing, I've posted some of my art here before (if you haven't seen it and are curious, check out the link in my sig) and I'm theoretically working on a novel. A very very slowgoing historical/fantasy novel I have a love/hate relationship with. I hate to think of that as a hobby though...

So I guess my hobby hobby is our webcomic Full Circle. Has nothing to do with Blue Gorgon or my novel, but it's our baby that we have fun writing on all the time. Sadly the comic is nowhere near caught up with the actual stories we've written. We have a 4 door file cabinet full of stories! Slowly but surely we'll catch up one day though. :)

Vary 100-120 words per minute copying, and 120-140+ from memory/notes/documentation.

I used to have hobbies, sports, orienteering, disc golf, shooting at the range.... now I just have Snakes, Rats, Wife, and work ;)

Sadly, many of my hobbies have fallen by the wayside. I used to draw---with pencil mostly---play guitar, and sing a bit. I don't have much time to do those things anymore. I love to write, and am able to keep up with it a bit because it's what I'm majoring in ;) I'm compliling a group of short fictional stories on how military life affects men, women, and their families, and have also written a 259 page fictional novel on a woman in the Navy. I've also gotten into website building and photography a bit because of the herps. Of course, I've always been into critters... they're keep me going day to day, after I'm done with class or one job or the other.
