    The problem with plucking (I'm told) is that if you screw it up and leave the "head" imbedded in the skin, the chances for infection go up dramatically. The Vaseline trick takes any risk away 100%.

    yea it works on dogs , cats, people. On people and dogs and cats you can use vicks 44 vapor rub or icey hot. They let go tons quicker. LOL
