My first litter

congrats and good luck! My 3 had a total of 4 litters and they ate all but six of about 40 babies. After that, I quit w/the mice, but I've had REALLY good luck with my rat mommies. Peachy's 2nd I've had to graft some on to Peek, (and won't breed Peachy any more *sigh*) but Peek is SUCH a good mommy, I've kept all but one of the females out of her latest litter to raise up as breeders.

When i first counted i saw about 11 now its down to 7 :( . 4 have died so far. The death accured within a day from birth. Its been like 6 days all look healthyto me.
