the limey's photo thread - no dial up - lots of pictures.

My pic's are the bamboo rat snake and the silver mangrove racer great exibit of pic's Charles.

the stinkers were captive bred and as a result dont not musk freely. to be honest i find it more noticable on young american rats than on young stinkers. yellow rats stink as babies.wow - run away from the stench.



with regards to dasypeltis i believe they have spevialised hooks on the inside of their vertibrae which act like a saw blade helping to crack the shell.

Wow, those are just plain amazing. My favorites were the Cat-Eye, the Mangrove, and the Vine.. def. not something you really see here except at zoos (and even then, I haven't seen those...)
