Sorry i thought you were at the place with the pond:oops: .You say you have someone wanted by the police? Maybe thats who is doing the shooting(the cops).If you are in a valley or such gun fire echoes will carry.

No, lol; the shooting is goin' on here at home. I bet it is just some lowlife deer poachers; it seems to have died down. I yelled some "nice words" out the window; maybe they heard me :)
There's this guy named Ralph "Bucky" something; escaped from a nearby jail and is still on the loose. Big manhunt going on the next county over; the cops have been going into private citizens' cars, garages, etc without warrants looking for this guy!! And the guy had, about, 5 days or so of his sentence before he would have been released anyway; dummy!

Yeah thats an awsome deal, here (dont ask me why) 6 acres is around 300k.

sounds like a perfect situation to me. you have a nice little rental property to make some $$ and you can put a doublewide on it...

ahhhhhh the serenity of that pond. go for it!

my husband and i are shopping around for a house right now and let me just say that that much land for that price price seems like an awesome deal, no matter what size the house! you can always upgrade, build your own, get a trailer, whatever--no reason to turn it down based soley on the size of the house that is currently there.

What is on that 95 acres? If you dont need all of it, could sell some of it off, and then put a bigger house on it with the money from it :) that pond kicks ass :)

I would keep the little ole house and build later if that is what you really want, but myself being a ole country boy I wouldnt hesitate to just live in it. I dont know about property values because around here it is dirt cheep. Not much but farm land here. But I think you ought to do it....I know I would if I could.

Besides, small house...less to clean...lol
