You must be thinking of Rodent Pro. I have never had an order with ARS ship any later than 1 day after the order was placed. They ship next day or 2nd day depending on your zone.

Forgot to post that I got my order from ARS. The product itself looked fantastic, unfortunately and probably due to the extreme heat, it was thawed before it arrived. The dry ice was completely gone and this was only a two day shipment. I called Brian at ARS minutes after getting the order and he said he would send out another shipment right away. I would DEFINITELY recommend ordering from him, regardless of the thawed mice the first time, based solely on his great business ethics and customer service.

This was my first on-line rodent purchase ever! I had contacted 2 well-liked rodent suppliers before ARS, and neither ever got back to me!!! Brian at ARS is the only person so far who has ever replied to my e-mails, and he was very friendly, made sure I knew about the shipping price, ect..

I had figured out the costs.. My purchase from ARS + shipping was 340, at my local reptile center the same purchase would have cost me $800+! I will be doing business again with ARS as soon as I need more feeders! I'm very happy to have found someone who took the time to answer my questions and send me a great order!

I have an order coming soon from them. They are also the only place that sells frozen ASF rats.
Their caging is great as well. I love the tubs with the built in water bowl holders.

They also attend the Indy Reptile show every month... just picked up a large order from them at the show. Beautifully done, and no shipping costs! :gj: Love 'em!
