    yikes the zoomed is cheap but it is only a secondary heat source for pythons damn!! and i dont want a bulb

    Where does it say that? There are plenty of people who use only under tank heat (me included) and are able to maintain proper temperatures.

    o it says that on petsmart it says works great for secondary heat. how many degrees does one of those puppys boost the temp? 20 degrees?

    The pad you have is an exoterra, it is just a different name for the same pad they are still selling, the heatwave.
