Just an FYI to all the mods, making posts stickies doesn't help with the people that just use the "New Posts" feature. For those that browse individual forums, the stickies are very valuable though!

Quite true but I imagine the majority of folks who do use that feature (self-included) would not .appreciate the top half always being FAQs
