Sounds like you desperate, one thing i know from experince its never good to show sings of beign desperate. Eventually you will be taking anything offered. My dad works on real estate so i know how it is trying to sell things.Just a tip:rolleyes:

I had bought a pastel not from the NERD line, but i had only paid $750.00CN, I don't know if there's much of a difference in breeder's, pricewise, I'm a newbie.:)
