I live in houston and i am woundering the same. I guess just alot of cold and heat packs,and a temp gun.If its big like Katrina ,and you skeedatle I would have alot of snake bags handly and one big travle rubbermai and some ones for them to be in indevidualy,and once agian lots of heat and cold packs.
