I wouldn't do a 66% het pair ... too risky ... a 100% het or homozygous male with a few 50% or 66% het girls is cool or a pair of 100% hets to get started is awesome!
I like to run possible het girls to my homozygous males as an "extra bonus", but I always start out with at least 1 100% het girl so that I know "for sure" that I will get the morph I want! :D ;) :P

How much are 66% Het albino females going for. I can't remember ever seeing any for sale anywhere.

most of the time you can find 50%/66% het girls for roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the 100% het girls. another good thing on poss. hets is that, even if they don't prove out, you still have breeder normal girls to put with co-dom males!!!
